Employer Sponsored Visas

The most commonly used employer sponsored visas are subclass 457 visas.

Employers who operate within specific industries have the option of sponsoring employees from overseas on subclass 457 visas. These visas allow businesses to employ sponsored overseas workers to live and work in Australia for between 3 months and 4 years.

Employees may be eligible to bring their families to Australia with them, their spouses / partners who have unrestricted work rights in Australia.
