After conducting a full needs discussion, commonly referred to as a ‘needs assessment’, with the employee on local housing options and market conditions, our specialist Destination Services Consultant will conduct customised research to identify suitable homes. The Consultant will then set appointments, plans an itinerary and accompany the employee to visit the properties. When a home is selected, guidance will be provided through the application process and lease negotiations.
